Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility and Process for Returns & Exchanges:

At MOMUTO, we prioritize customer satisfaction and product quality. Given the personalized nature of our soccer kits, we can only accept returns or offer exchanges for items that have manufacturing defects, are damaged, or if the design received is significantly different from the ordered model.

To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item at [email protected]. You may be asked to provide detailed information or evidence regarding the issue. The item to be returned should be unused, in its original packaging, in its original condition, and with all tags and labels attached.

Once we approve your return or exchange request, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and guide you through the return process.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will update you on the status of your refund. If approved, we will process a full refund, including any return shipping fees you've initially covered, to your original payment method within 14 days from the moment the return was approved. You will be reimbursed the full amount you paid for the item.

Exchanges:

For exchanges, we wait to receive the returned item at our offices in China first to ensure it meets all the return requirements. Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, we will send the replacement item.
