As soon as your payment is confirmed, we'll send an email your way to let you know we're on it. Please keep an eye on your inbox, as we may need to get in touch if we encounter any issues with your design.

2. Design Approval and Preparation:

We meticulously review each design to ensure it's in line with our guidelines and compatible with our printing process. This stage usually takes between 5 and 7 working days, depending on volume. If any adjustments are needed to your design, we'll reach out via email. Make sure to check your inbox!

3. Shipping:

Once your order is prepared, we'll send it on its way with express delivery, typically taking around 20 days to arrive in Europe and the US.

4. Tracking Your Order:

As soon as it's available, you'll receive a tracking number for your order. You can use this to monitor your parcel's progress in the Order Status section of our site.

5. Pre-paid Customs Duties:

We take care of all customs duties associated with your order for a seamless delivery experience. If you encounter any customs-related issues, simply send the receipt to [email protected] and we'll refund you.
